Who it’s for: Returning clients who need clarity after a change such as illness, travel, nursery adjustments or a nap transition.
What’s included: A 30–45 minute consultation, a written summary with clear next steps, plus one Whatsapp check-in .
Outcome: Calm direction and renewed confidence, without committing to a full programme.​​

We begin with a 1:1 consultation where we talk through your child’s sleep, your routines and your working-parent reality. I’ll review your sleep history and help identify what’s currently getting in the way of progress.

I guide you through each stage with calm, structured support, helping you adjust as needed so changes feel manageable and progress is sustainable.
