Difficulty settling at bedtime
-
Early rising
-
Co-sleeping dependence
-
Nap struggles or nap transitions
-
Bedtime battles

Feeding or rocking to sleep

Overtiredness cycles
-
Nursery or childcare transitions
-
Toddler boundaries and bedtime resistance
If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.
What happens when we work together?

1. We start with clarity
We begin with a 1:1 consultation where we talk through your child’s sleep, your routines and your working-parent reality. I’ll review your sleep history and help identify what’s currently getting in the way of progress.

2. You get a personalised plan
You’ll receive a clear, step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your child and your family life including nursery, workdays, partners and real schedules. No rigid templates, just practical, easy guidance you can follow.

3. You’re supported throughout implementation
I guide you through each stage with calm, structured support, helping you adjust as needed so changes feel manageable and progress is sustainable.
