FAQs

What ages do you work with? My programmes are designed for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 3 years. If your child is younger or older, you are welcome to contact me. Every family is unique and I can help you understand what support may be most suitable.

Do your programmes involve any form of cry it out? No. I use the Comforting Through Change™ approach, a gentle, structured and responsive method that supports your child every step of the way. You will always be offering comfort, reassurance and connection while gradually helping your child develop independent sleep skills.

How does WhatsApp support work? You can message anytime during my support hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. I reply within a 4 hour window, offering thoughtful and personalised guidance. This structure allows you to feel supported while maintaining routines that fit both of our family lives.

Can I message outside of support hours? You are welcome to send messages at any time, but I will only reply during support hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. This ensures my responses are clear, calm and considered and helps maintain healthy boundaries for both of us.

What is a Progress Review? A Progress Review is a written check in where I review your child’s progress and confirm you are ready to move on to the next stage of your plan. This ensures each step feels manageable and supportive before making changes.

What is included in the Futureproofing Guidance Document? You will receive clear suggestions for supporting your child as routines and needs evolve. It is designed to help you feel confident with life changes such as nap transitions, routine shifts, illness or returning to nursery without needing ongoing support.

Do you offer evening or overnight support? My support is intentionally daytime only, with replies during 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. This model keeps guidance consistent, clear and calm and helps me balance my own family routine. If you prefer evening support, you may find an in home night nurse or overnight consultant more suitable.

How quickly will I see results? Every child responds differently, but most families begin to see improvements within the first 3 to 5 days of consistent changes. The full transformation typically happens across the programme duration of 3 or 4 weeks, especially for co-sleeping transitions.

Do I need to complete a sleep log before the consultation? Yes. Your sleep log helps me understand your child’s patterns, routines and sleep environment so I can create a personalised plan tailored to your family’s needs.

What is the difference between the 3 week and 4 week programme? The 3 week Back to Work Sleep Reset is for families whose child is already in their own cot or toddler bed. The 4 week Cosleeping to Cot or Bed Programme includes additional time and support needed for a gentle transition out of cosleeping.

Can I extend my support if I need more help? Absolutely. You can add an Additional Week of Support for £125 if you would like more time, reassurance or accountability as things settle.

What if my child becomes unwell during the programme? If your child becomes unwell, we simply adapt, pause or slow down as needed. Sleep support should never be pushed through illness and I will guide you on how to maintain comfort while protecting the progress you have made.

Do you support twins or multiples? Yes, and the price remains the same too.

What if I work shifts or have unpredictable hours? We can tailor your child’s routine around your shift pattern where possible. My support hours remain the same, but your sleep plan will be personalised to your family’s rhythm.

Are refunds available? Refunds are not available once your programme has begun or once your sleep plan has been delivered. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for timings and notice requirements.

Can you guarantee results? I cannot ethically guarantee specific sleep outcomes, but I can guarantee a structured and supportive plan, consistent daytime guidance and personalised recommendations tailored to your child and your family.
